Downton Abbey Tea Celebration

We will be celebrating the release of the Downton Abbey Movie, by introducing a special menu,
featuring some of Downton Abbey’s favorites! The movie premiers in theaters on Friday, September 20th!!
If you decide not to choose our Downton Abbey Tea when you come in to dine with us, you are also able to order from our regular menu.

A delicious soup, similar to butternut squash, is made with fresh pears, potatoes, carrots, sweet onion, vegetable broth, fresh thyme, nutmeg & just a hint of Dijon mustard & sweetness of maple syrup, topped with creme fraiche, fresh thyme & cracked pepper
Lady Edith Crawley & Bertie Pelham’s Maple Pear Salad
A wonderfully fresh salad with mixed greens, sliced pears & glazed pecans with our house Maple-Balsamic Dressing
Lady Isobel Crawley’s Sausage Pinwheels
A variation on classic English sausage rolls, these delicious pinwheels are filled with sweet sausage, onion, fresh sage, Parmesan cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry, garnished with fresh chives
Downton Abbey’s Dark Chocolate Biscuit Cake
This chocolate biscuit cake is Her Royal Majesty the Queen’s favorite afternoon tea cake. This was also the cake Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge requested for their wedding! Filled with dark chocolate and tea biscuits, covered in a rich chocolate ganache & topped with our house whipped cream & a chocolate-hazelnut pirouette, drizzled with a chocolate sauce
