“From his hideout beneath a 19th century Paris opera house, the brooding Phantom schemes to get closer to vocalist Christine Daae.
The Phantom, wearing a mask to hide a congenital disfigurement, strong-arms management into giving the budding starlet key roles, but Christine instead falls for arts benefactor Raoul.
Terrified at the notion of her absence, the Phantom enacts a plan to keep Christine by his side, while Raoul tries to foil the scheme.”

We have sought the heavens to try to find the flavor befitting all the virtues of this tea’s namesake. The natural flavors of maple and wild blackberry enhance this excellent tea from the tea world’s finest regions … Sri Lanka, Formosa and Assam (south of the eastern Himalayas in India)
1st Course – Erik, the Phantom’s Bruschetta
Diced tomatoes, chopped artichoke hearts, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar & spices atop a toasted baguette
Christine Daae’s Caprese Salad
Seasoned sliced tomato, basil leaf, fresh sliced mozzarella drizzled with balsamic glaze
2nd Course – Raoul de Chagny’s Italian Wedding Soup
Diced yellow onions, carrots, celery, spinach, chicken meatballs, white wine, spices, chicken stock & Ditalini pasta
3rd Course – Philip de Chagny’s Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast
Baked tender boneless chicken breasts stuffed with
an herbed cream cheese, sautéed onions & spinach
… wrapped in Prosciutto
4th Course – Madame Giry’s Penne Rigate Pasta in Cream Sage Sauce
Penne Rigate pasta smothered in a rich & creamy sauce infused with garlic & sage
5th Course – Meg Giry’s Roasted Vegetables in Herb Butter
Slices of carrots, yellow squash, and zucchini roasted to perfection, garnished with an herb butter sauce
6th Course – The Persian’s Tiramisu Cake
Tender layered cake with flavors of coffee, cognac, Mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, dusted with cocoa powder & a chocolate garnish
7th Course – Carlotta’s Lemon Scone
Our traditional cream scone infused with fresh lemon flavor

+ 20% Gratuity: $8.00

Credit cards must be provided at time of reservation. However, cards will not be charged until 30 days prior to event.
Due to limited seating, all cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Any customers with notifications of cancellation after that time will be charged, unless we are able to fill the seat(s) from our waiting list.
